Hair Stylist / Cosmetology Professional Salon station open for lease: DeSente Salon is a beautifully decorated and equipped full-service salon with an opening for a hair stylist / cosmetology professional. DeSente Salon was established in 2005 and has a loyal customer base. We recently had a stylist retire, thus have one opening available now. One station is available for $700 per month rent, which includes utilities. This is an independent operator arrangement, i.e. the stylist has own customers and collects service fees directly from the customers. DeSente Salon is located in a good area of Renton near the Cascade Elementary School and the Cascade US Post office, plus there is a bus stop right outside of the salon. While this location is very good, historically it is best suited for an established hair stylist / beautician with existing clients due to infrequent walk-in traffic.
